(% style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);" %)Document LifeCycle in Telema may consist of the following steps (not all of the steps are mandatory):

* **Sending to Telema system**. (% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)Documents can be sent to Telema via:

* (% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)Telema Gateway - can be used to send documents in Telema eDoc forma
* (% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)Telema FATGateway - can be used in case some preprocessing and convertion of documents to Telema eDoc or any other format is required.
* (% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)Other communication protocol, eg FTP, HTTPS+SOAP, SFTP, VPN, CSP ... - usually used in case of big corporate-type of clients who have their own rules for connectivity.

(% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)          Telema communication server is used as a middletire reciever in case of non-secure or other client-specific requirements receiver. it then transfers document further to Telema system.

* **Convert to eDoc **(% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)- required only in case documents arrive to entry point different than EDocument.Entry.Entry.Q.

* **Process mapping **(% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)- system fetches all of the processes described for send and for receiver of the document and sets them in the queue the document will have to pass.
* **[[**PreProcessing**(% style="font-size: 8pt;" %) >>PreProcessing]](%%)**(% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)- all the things that have to be done before the document will be saved in Telema system
* **Registering document in system**

* **Registering document in receiver queue **(% style="font-size: 8pt;" %)- put the document in the line for the receiver
