Using Telema MMT pocket PC application
Run Telema MMT
Turn on your pocket PC.
Click "Start" and choose "Telema MMT" from the list of programs. The application will open in user selection window.
Choose your username and click ">" button at the bottom of the screen. The main window of the application will open.
Main window
Legend of icons:
Customers - opens list of customers where sales person can schedule customer contacts (visits).
Products - opens product list with prices and stock situation at the time of last sync.
Dokumendid - opens list of all documents and activities related to the sales person
Gallups - list of gallups downloaded from server (inactive)
Messages - Menu for sending/receiving messages. (inactive)
Plan - list of scheduled customer contacts of the according date where sales person can manage the customer activities (visits, phone calls, make orders etc)
Connections - tools to syncronize PDA with server - send orders, donload updates etc.
Exit - closes the application
Settings - tools to set user optios and settings
Users - manage users
Manage customer visits
Tap on "Customer" button. Customer list opens.
Create customer visit for today
Tap on the visit column in front of the customer name. The visit has been created when an asterisk appears in the Visit column in front of the customer name. All customers whose visits are scheduled for today will turn blue.
Create customer visit for other date in the future
Select the customer to whom you would like to schedule a visit. Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen. Calendar will open. Choose the desired date in calendar and tap "OK". An asterisk will appear in the Visit column and the customer will stay black.
Change scheduled customer visit
Select the customer in the customer list window, tap on the "+" button at the bottom of the screen. Calendar will open. Choose the new date in calendar and tap "OK".
Delete customer visit
Option 1. Tap the asterisk in front of the customer whose visit you would like to delete. When the asterisk disappears, the visit is deleted.
Option 2. Select the customer whose visit you would like to delete (any customer with an asterisk), tap on the "-" button at the bottom of the screen. Tap "Yes" in the confirmation dialog window. When the asterisk disappears, the visit is deleted.
Sort customers
In the customers list window, tap on the column header to sort the customers by that column. Tapping on the same column header again will sort the list in reverse order.
Display todays visits
In the customers list window, tap on ">" button to display only today's visits list.
