Managing masterdata in Telema

Some of Telema services require existence of masterdata in Telema database:

• SupplierDataQuality
• MMT
• TeleSales
• VMI.

Masterdata documents are:

• PRODAT - product list;
• PRICAT - price catalogue;
• PARTNER - partners list.

Depending on the service also additional document types are used for creating data in Telema masterdata database:

• INVRPT - inventory report;
• SLSRPT - sales report;
• BALRPT - balance report.

Depending on the service and planned level of its use different set of masterdata is required. For more specific details view product of interest description.

You can manage your companies masterdata either:

• automatically by sending masterdata documents from your ERP or
• manually, using Telema service web functionality.

NB! You can use both ways of managing masterdata in parallel, meaning, if your ERP is capable of creating only some document types you can manage remaining required document types in Telema service web.
