Create purchase order template

When clicking on the tab Template, you will be shown the list of available order templates.

NB! If there are more than 20 templates found, the list will be shown on several pages.

To start creating a new template, click on the icon +Template.

Start

Enter the following information about the template:

• Template name - free text entry 
• Buyer's branch - pick required from the list  
• Supplier - pick required from the list

After you have entered the information you can continue creating the template by clicking the button NEXT. If you do not want to continue just click on the button CANCEL.

Add products

To search for products by using their code, GTIN or description, enter the product's necessary info in the Search window and click on the Loop icon. You have to enter at least 3 symbols.

To search for required products from product groups, click under the Browse products on the product group name. The list of products from this product group will be shown below. In case group has subgroups, pick a required subgroup.

In the list you can see the following information about each products:

• GTIN
• Supplier product code
• Product description
• Package - numeric field (if choosing package, this will also automatically fill up package qty)
• Package qty - numeric field
• Qty
• Unit
• Base price
• Disc. %
• Price
• Amount

Package and Package quantities  are left empty.

After you have found the required product enter Qty and click +ADD.

To skip ordering some product just do not enter quantity and it will not be included in the order.

You can cancel creating a template by clicking on CANCEL and verifying the cancellation.

You can continue creating the template by clicking on NEXT.

Basket

In the basket view you will see all of your chosen products with the previous information.

You can cancel saving a template by clicking on CANCEL and verifying the cancellation.

You can delete the previously created template by clicking on DELETE TEMPLATE.

You can save the template by clicking on SAVE.
