FATGateway PreProcessing

Some of the preprocessing required to be done to document before it can be saved in Telema system can be done in Telema FATGateway.

This option should be used for cases where the preprocessing required will never be used for any other client. in case there is a slight chance, that designed preprocessing might be used by some other clients also in the future, one should do this as a process in Telema Sonic not via Telema FATGateway.
