Plan an event
In the Customer tab it is possible to plan events for today or tomorrow. During the started event you can assign the next event to any date in the future.
- In the Customer tab, hold a finger on the desired customer until an additional menu opens.
- Choose from the opened menu “Today’s customer” or “Tomorrow’s customer”.
To delete a planned event, proceed as previously by deactivating corresponding options.
View planned events
- In the Customer tab, tap on the button “More”

- Check the boxes which events you want to see
To hide options, tap again on “More” 
Register an event
- Open from the customers list or planned events list a Customer card
- Choose Visit or Phone call – the event’s start time is fixed when tapping on the button
- Inside the event you can add documents, assign next event’s date, add current event’s information, etc
- a) Choose Finish – the event’s end time will be fixed and the event will be saved
b) Choose Finish and send – the event’s end time will be fixed and the event will be immediately sent along with documents created within the event and sent to Telema server
