VMI Sales
"VMI sales" view enable you to:
- monitor the sales of up to 15 selected products in all points of sale of a current retailer;
- choose the settings for sales reports;
- view the base documents that were used to create the report.
Monitoring the sales at retailer's stores
To view the sales report:
- choose the retailer company from the dropdown menu "Buyer";
- click "Products" and fill the aisles with selected products from dropdown menu
- click "Search"
To reset the search, click "Clear".
By default, the report displays the sales of the last 7 days (including today).
Choosing a period
You can change the reporting period by:
- clicking "Choose period" and
choosing suitable time from the dropdown menu:
- 14 days
- 30 days
- 60 days
- 90 days
- 180 days
- 365 days
NB! Whether you can or cannot see the data for longer periods depends on your service terms agreed with Telema - how long is the archiving period in Telema database. Data history prior to using the service is not imported into the system.
Filtering data
You can apply different filters to get various data views:
- click "Search"
- choose the suitable filter from the dropdown menu:
- Sales - select if you wish to see sold quantity or monetary value. NB! availability of monetary value depends on the data that the retailer is sending - majority of retailers issue reports only in quantity
From - choose the start date;- To - choose the end date;
- click "Search".
If you do not want to filter, click "Close", the entered values will be reset.
If you wish to recreate the previous setting, click "Regenerate".
Viewing base documents
If necessary, you can check which documents were used to create a report:
- choose tab "Documents".
