Create purchase order based on supplier product data (Add products)

Add products

Here you can add products to the order. There are three different ways to do that.

1) Search items from Product Groups by opening the groups one by one

2) Search products in the search field by their description, GTIN code or supplier product code

3) Add the whole assortment to the order and then choose the desired products from the list

1) To search products from product groups first click on the name of the group that you're interested in.
NB! Some groups may contain subgroups. To see the products in subgroup(s) you'll need to open the subgroups as well. Choose the desired subgroup until you will be shown the contents of the group below as a product list.

2) To find desired product with the search functionality enter at least 3 letters of the product description into the search box and either press Enter on the keyboard or click on Loop icon beside the search box. Search results will be shown in the table below.

By default the search is set for product description (DESC).

To search the products by GTIN or supplier code, first choose the parameter (GTIN or Code) from the drop-down menu beside the search box. Then enter at least 3 numbers of the code into the search box and either press Enter on the keyboard or click on Loop icon beside the search box. Search results will be shown in the table below.

3) To add all products from the assortment click on the button ADD FULL ASSORTMENT.

You will see the full product list divided into product groups and will be automatically directed to the Basket view.
NB! This functionality can only be used if there are less than 1000 products in the assortment.

In all cases you will see the following information about the products:

• GTIN
• Supplier product code
• Product description
• Package
• Package qty - ordered quantity in packages
• Qty - ordered quantity in base units
• Unit - base unit
• Base price
• Disc. %
• Price
• Amount

The products are ordered by product description in alphabetical order from A to Z within the group. You can sort the product rows by any of the columns by clicking on column headers.

Product quantities are left empty.
To add the required product to the order enter its Package qty  or Qty.
When it is possible to order products both in base units and in packages you have to fill only one of those fields, the quantity in the other field will be calculated automatically. When you inserted a quantity that do not make full package quantity, the package quantity field will be shown with red background just to notify that you are trying to order only half of the package. Make sure that you are allowed to order half-packages and you can proceed.
You can enter quantity with a precision of 0,00001.

After you have found the desired product and entered the quantity click +ADD to save the products into the order.
In case you would like to enter multiple products go on the same way adding the other products.

To skip ordering some product just do not enter the quantity and it will not be added to the order.
Product amounts on rows and order total amount (when there are prices given) will be automatically recalculated after each product has been added, modified or removed from the order.

After you have finished click NEXT.
You will be redirected to Basket view.

You can cancel creating the order at any time by clicking CANCEL. You will then be asked to verify your decision.

• Choosing YES will take you back to the orders list view.
• Choosing NO will leave you in order creation view and you can proceed.
