Create purchase product

Log into Telema web.

On the upper menu choose "Purchase".

Then choose "PPRODUCTS & PRICES"

You will be shown the list of purchase products and prices grouped by product groups in vertical.

To start adding a new product, click on the icon "New".

You will be shown the new window with empty fields for product's description.

Enter the following information about the product:

• Product
  • Name – free text entry up to 500 symbols
  • GTIN – numeric field up to 14 signs
  • Supplier procust code – free text entry up to 50 symbols
  • Buyer product code – free text entry up to 50 symbols

• Info
  • Supplier – pick required from the list. If you started creating product from the product list where you had specified supplier, this field will be automatically filled in.
  • Product group – pick required from the list. Product group list originates from the supplier described product groups.
  • Country of origin – free text entry up to 50 symbols
  • Quality class - free text entry up to 50 symbols
  • Description – free text entry up to 50 symbols

• Packaging
  • Base unit - free text entry up to 50 symbols

After you have entered the information you can save the product right away by clicking „SAVE“.

The following information will be checked before saving product:

• If the product with the same Supplier product code + Buyer product code + GTIN already exists, you will be shown an error message and asked to change or skip creating product:
  • To skip creating product answer „NO“;
  • To go on and change some data answer „YES“.

• If any of the fields has not allowed value, you will be shown an error message and asked to change the entered data, the erroneous field will be highlighted:
  • change the data and try saving again.

• If any of the mandatory fields misses value, you will be shown an error message and asked to enter data, the erroneous field will be highlighted;
  • enter the data and try saving again.

If all checks have been positive, you will be shown a success message: "Required product has been successfully created."
You will be redirected to updated purchase product card read-only view.
Then you can proceed creating the price for the added product. The price fields will be shown after saving the product in the end of the product creation window.

When all the fields are filled in, click "SAVE" to save the given price for the certain period.
You can insert and save different prices for different periods.

Throughout the process you can cancel the action at any time by closing the window from "x".

In case of that you will be asked to verify your choice: "Are you sure you want to quit? All changes will be lost."
User can choose "YES" or "NO".

• In case of "YES" you will be taken to the view you had prior to starting the action.
• In case of "NO" the current view is left open.
