Create purchase product price / assortment period

Log into Telema service web.

On the upper menu choose "Purchase".

Choose "PRODUCTS & PRICES".

Choose a product by clicking on its name.

Then you will be shown the product's information.

To start adding a new price and/or assortment period click on "Price".

You will be shown a new window with empty fields for description of price / assortment period.

The following information can be entered about the product (mandatory fields are marked in bold):

• Purchase price (without VAT) – can be entered either with "." or "," delimiter, both are allowed.
• Currency - pick from the list (if purchase price is entered, currency is mandatory)
• Start date – either by entering dd.mm.yyyy or by choosing a date from a pop-up calendar.
• End date – either by entering dd.mm.yyyy or by choosing a date from a pop-up calendar.
  NB! At least one of the above mentioned fields has to have a value.

After you have entered the information click "ADD".

The following information will be checked before saving the price:

• If any of the fields has a value, which is not allowed, you will be shown an error message and asked to change the entered data, erroneous field will be highlighted;
  • change the data and try saving again.
• If any of the mandatory fields misses a value, you will be shown an error message and asked to enter data, erroneous filed will be highlighted;
  • enter the data and try saving again.

If all checks have been positive you will be shown a success message: "Required price has been successfully created".

You will be redirected to updated purchase product card read-only view.

The prices are sorted according to Start Date in descending order.

NB! You can create multiple prices/assortment periods for one product. Just go through the creation steps over and over again.

Throughout the process you can cancel the action at any time by closing the window from "x".

In case of that you will be asked to verify your choice: "Are you sure you want to quit? All changes will be lost."
User can choose "YES" or "NO"

• In case of "YES" you will be taken to the view you had prior to starting the action.
• In case of "NO" the current view is left open.
