View purchase products and prices

Log into Telema web.
On the upper menu choose Purchase.
Choose PRODUCTS & PRICES.

You will be shown the list of purchase products and prices grouped by product groups in vertical.

At first, no information about the products will be shown.
To view the product and price data, first choose the buyer's branch and the supplier from the list.

You can choose from the list of active connected suppliers.

The system will then show you the list of products and prices available from the chosen supplier to the chosen branch.

The group menu looks like a tree.

• Number of groups is unlimited.
• Each group can have unlimited amount of subgroups (preferred up to 3 levels).
• Each group can include both groups and products.
• The view of groups' names is unified – first CAPS lock character, the rest small ones.
• Groups are shown sorted by name in user language in descending order.
• Group and product names are shown according to language chosen by the user. (If the name is not found in required language, then ENG, if no ENG found, then first found.)

You can open tree branches one by one.

Product list is sorted according to "Product description" in the user language in ascending order. If multiple prices available for product for chosen date, then sorted additionally by "Start date" in descending order.

You can sort the product list inside the product group by clicking on the name of the columns, the second click sorts in the opposite order.

Product list view consists of the following data:

• GTIN
• Supplier product code
• Buyer product code
• Product Description
• Base unit
• Currency
• Base price (without VAT)
• Discount %
• Sales price (without VAT)
• VAT %
• Start date
• End date

To view products of another supplier just choose the required one.

To view the product's details, click on the product name.

Product information will be opened.

Information will be in read-only form.

You can see the following details about each product:

• Product
  • Name
  • GTIN
  • Supplier product code
  • Buyer product code

• Info
  • Supplier
  • Product group
  • Country of origin
  • Quality class
  • Description - detailed description of the product

• Packaging
  • Base unit

• Price info (current + future prices)
  • Purchase price (without VAT)
  • VAT &
  • Currency
  • Start date
  • End date

From here you can further on:

• Start editing the product info
• Delete product info (required user right PURCHASE_PRODUCT_EDIT)
• Print product details.
• Go back to product list by closing the window.
