 3: Document view displays the document details. The view is divided into five sections:

 5: * **Document info** - basic information about the document: document type (subtype), number, status
 6: * **EDI Transfer details** - information that describes the transition of the document in Telema system. This info is not part of the document.
 7: * **Document header** - information about document parties, dates, references, creator, etc.
 8: * **Document rows** - information about the products. In addition to main item row additional elements (subrows) can be opened in case they existed in the document.
 9: * **Document sum block** - document sum and VAT info

11: To **print or save the document** click on **Print**. The document will be opened in .pdf format for further printing or saving.

14: To go back to despatch advices list view click on the button **BACK TO LIST**.

25: To **view full document information** click on the button **VIEW EDOC**. A pop-up window will be opened. Open the parts to see the information.

27: To **download the document in Telema eDoc format to view it in XML** click on **Download** in the pop-up window.
