Create a purchase order (Confirm)

Confirm

Here you can see the final view of the order:

• Order header:
  • Order no
  • Order date
  • Delivery – branch name, company, Reg No, VAT No, Party Code, GLN, Address, City, County, Country, Bank, Account, IBAN, BIC
  • Buyer – (same as previous)
  • Delivery - (same as previous)
  • Seller - (same as previous)
  • Supplier - (same as previous)
  • Dates – deliver due date
  • Comments – Add note
  • Created by – issuer name, phone, email

• Order rows – read only

• Order total:
  • Amount wihtout VAT
  • VAT block for each VAT rate
  • Amount with VAT.

If you would like to change some product quantities, add or delete some, just go back by clicking either on Basket or Add products sheets.

If you would like to change required delivery date go to Start window. Make a change and then go back to Confirm.

By default the order header detailed information is closed. To see the full view click on Delivery, Buyer, Seller, Dates, Comments, Created by labels.

You can also enter additional comments. To do so, click on Comments.

You can further on:

Save order as a draft by pushing SAVE.

Cancel order by pushing CANCEL and verifying your wish.

Print order by pushing PRINT.

You can also save order as a template by clicking SAVE AS TEMPLATE.

Enter required template name.

If you would like to save template without order quantities tick "without quantities".

Click SAVE.

You can also create multiple templates from the same order in case required.

If you would like to cancel creating a template just close the window from "x".
You will be redirected to "Confirm" sheet.

To send order click SEND.

Successful sending will be verified by the message:

   „Thank you for your order.
   We have forwarded it to ...(buyer). And they will receive it in a matter of minutes.

   Yours, Telema team“

Finally, you will be redirected to order list tab Sent.
