During Authorization system runs multiple step check:
- Is sender branch registered;
- Is user sending document allowed to represent the sender branch;
- Does the link exist between sender branch and receiver branch;
- Does sender branch have the right to send this type of document;
- Does reciever branch have the right to receive this type of document;
- Is this document type allowed to be sent from this sender branch to this reciever branch;
- Is the document number unique for this sender branch for this document type during the running year.
If any of the checks report failure:
- the document is not registered on Telema system;
- error is reported to sender.
NB! It means that sender can resend the document in case he has made required changes.
