PRICES in Excel

NB! You can upload product information to Telema without prices. In this case your clients will only see product information wihtout anyd indicationfs fo the price.

You should use sheet "Prices" only in case your company wants to set specific prices, assortments to customers. In case you only use base price, send the price information with sheet "Products".

Following fields can be filled about prices/assortments:

  • Customer code - customer code in your ERP (also the link code in Telema system),
  • Product code - code for the product,
  • GTIN,
  • Sales price - final price of product for customer without VAT,
  • Disc % - discount rate for product for customer,
  • VAT rate
  • Currency
  • Start date - you can set price validity start date,
  • End date - you can set price validity end date.

In case you use MMT then in addtion:

  • Min order quantity - you can set minimum order quantity of product for all customers or for specific customer;

in case you use VMI then in addition:

  • Min stock quantity - you can set minimum amount of products at customers side,
  • Max stock quantity - you can set maximum amount of products at customers side.

RULES:

  • Following fields should be filled about prices:
    customer code;
    • sales price or discount rate;
    • currency;
    • VAT rate.
