Error "Message. service.telema.com/... - Network is unreachable"

Error appears when updating data.

Cause: Device has no Internet connection or the Internet connection does not respond

Solution: Restart data connection via mobile network: press Menu button of the device > go to Settings > Wireless & Networks (or similar) > Mobile networks > uncheck "Data enabled" option and check it again in 5-6 seconds

If this does not help restart the device.

Error "Message. No data"

Error appears when updating data.

CauseSolution
Incorrect username or password set in MMT applicationCheck and reset the user credentials in MMT settings: Press devices menu button in MMT main menu screen > Settings > make necessary changes > Save > Update data
Password has been changed1. Browse to Telema service web https://service.telema.com/service/. On the log-in page click on "Forgot your password?" link, insert the required data and system will send the password to your e-mail. The e-mail address needs to be registered in Telema system prior to that
2. For resetting your password contact your Admin user who should be able to do it in the users management module in Telema service web

Error "Message. java.lang.Exception: Viga: Viga"

Error appears when updating data and sending documents.

Cause: No internet connection

Solution:  Enable device's data connection via mobile network or restart it: press Menu button of the device > go to Settings > Wireless & Networks (or similar) > Mobile networks > check "Data enabled" option (or uncheck and check)

If this does not help restart the device.

Message "Error. Connection timed out"

Cause: "Connection timed out" refers that the device has internet connection (it is possible to browse the internet) but MMT cannot establish connection with Telema server within given time. At the same time everything is working in wifi. Thus the problem is in data connection settings. 

Solution: Check the data connection settings:

Press Menu button of the device > go to Settings > Wireless & Networks (or similar) > Mobile networks > Access Point Names (or similar) >  "EMT Internet" must be selected. Change if necessary > Quit settings, and try update data or send documents in MMT again.
