Recording a Customer Visit

Telema MMT enables you to record all customer visits (even those where you are not creating any order).

To record a customer visit, start by choosing the customer you are visiting. Open the Customer List by tapping Customers icon on the Main Menu.

The list shows customers' names and addresses. Depending on your company preferences, the list may contain all customers or just those assigned to your sales portfolio.

All customers who have a visit scheduled have an asterisk ( * ) in the Visit column in front of the customer name.

Those customers whose visit isscheduled for the current day are shown in blue (in addition to the asterisk).

In case your company uploads credit balance information, the customers with overdue balances are shown in red.

To exit the Customer List view and go back to Main Menu tap Button back at the bottom of the window .

To plan a visit for a customer, tap on the Visit column in front of a customer name. This will create and asterisk ( * ) in that column and it means the visit is now scheduled for current day.

To schedule a visit for a future date, select the customer with whom you would like to schedule a sales activity by tapping on its row.

Tap Plus button at the bottom of the screen. Calendar will open where the current date is selected by default.

Choose the desired date in calendar and tap "OK". An asterisk will appear in the Visit column in front of the customer name.

Change scheduled visit date

Select the customer in the customer list window.

Tap Plus button at the bottom of the screen. Calendar will open where the currently set sales activity date is marked with blue box.

Choose the new date in calendar and tap "OK".

To delete a scheduled visit, tap the asterisk in front of the customer whose sales activity you would like to delete. When the asterisk disappears, the sales activity is deleted.
