Product Groups in Excel

Following information can be described about product groups:

• Product group code - up to 50 symbols, REQUIRED
• Language code - two symbol language value, EN-english, ET-estonian, LV-latvian, LT-lithuanian, REQUIRED
• Product group name - up to 500 symbols, REQUIRED
• Parent product group code - enter the code of the group this group is a member of. In case of master group leave this field empty.

RULES:

• Product group codes should be unique
• For upload to work, at least one product group should exist on sheet "PRODUCTS"
• No circular references in parent product group codes are allowed
• Each product group should have a reference to parent group code, except for 1-level master groups
• Only one language description is allowed for product groups. If you would like to have different language values, you will need to use integrated masterdata solution.
