Depending on your company preferences, the list may contain all customers or just those assigned to your sales portfolio. 19: 20: When clicking on a customers name and then clicking on(% style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" %) (% style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" %)[[image:down.PNG]] (%%)from the upper menu, the customer's info will be shown to you. 21: 22: All customers who have a visit scheduled have an asterisk ( * ) in the Visit column in front of the customer name. 23: 24: Those customers whose visit is scheduled for the current day are shown in (% style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);" %)blue(%%) (in addition to the asterisk). 25: 26: In case your company uploads credit balance information, the customers with overdue balances are shown in (% style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);" %)red(%%). 27: 28: **Sort customers** 29: 30: In the Customer List window, tap on the column header to sort the customers by that column. An asterisk appears after the column name of the sorted column. 31: 32: Tapping on the same column header again will sort the list in reverse order. 33: 34: **Find customers** 35: 36: You can find or filter customers in the Customer List by name or by code. 37: 38: Select the search criteria (Name or Code) in the top left corner of the screen. 39: 40: Tap on the searchbox next to the criteria field to insert the cursor in the searchbox. 41: 42: Open the screen keyboard by tapping [[image:keyboard.png||alt="Keyboard" height="20" style="vertical-align: bottom;"]]. 43: 44: According to the selected search criteria type the customer name or part of the customer name, or the customer code or part of the customer code in the searchbox. 45: 46: Tap [[image:searchbutton.PNG||alt="Search button" style="vertical-align: bottom;" width="15"]] in the top right corner of the screen. All the customers whose name or code __includes__ the text inserted in the searchbox will be displayed. 47: 48: 49: To exit the Customer List view and go back to Main Menu tap [[image:buttonback.png||alt="Button back" height="15" style="vertical-align: bottom;"]] at the bottom of the window . 50: 51: = Create a visit = 52: 53: **To create a customer visit for the current day (today)** tap on the Visit column in front of a customer name of the Customer List window. The visit has been created when an asterisk ( * ) appears in the Visit column in front of the customer name, and the font of the row(% class="Apple-style-span" %) turns into blue. 54: 55: **To create a customer visit for other date in the future** select the customer to whom you would like to schedule a visit in the Customer List. 56: 57: Tap [[image:buttonplus.png||alt="Plus button" height="15" style="vertical-align: bottom;"]] at the bottom of the window. Calendar pop-up will open where the current date is selected by default. 58: 59: Choose the desired date in calendar and tap "OK". An asterisk will appear in the Visit column in front of the customer name. 60: 61: 62: **NOTE!** The best way to create a visit to a customer is to specify the next visit date during every visit to the customer (see the [[Start visit>>MMT_UM2_CustomerList#HStartavisit]] section). This way the Tasklist for each day will be created automatically in work flow. All you need to do is to look over the schedule in the Tasklist window. 63: 64: = Change a visit date = 65: 66: **In the Customer List window**, select the customer to whom a visit has been scheduled (any customer with an asterisk in front). 67: 68: **In the Tasklist** select the customer. 69: 70: Tap [[image:buttonplus.png||alt="Plus button" height="15" style="vertical-align: bottom;"]] at the bottom of the screen. Calendar will open where the currently set date is marked with blue box. 71: 72: Choose the new date in calendar and tap "OK". 73: 74: = Delete a visit = 75: 76: **Option 1. **The easiest way to delete a visit in the Customer List window is to tap on the asterisk in front of the customer whose visit you would like to delete. When the asterisk disappears, the sales activity is deleted. 77: 78: NOTE! The system delets the visit without reconfirming the action, thus it might not be the safest way of deleting a visit. 79: 80: (% class="Apple-style-span" %)**Option 2. **(%%)This option is used both in Customer List and in Tasklist window. 81: 82: Select the customer whose sales activity you would like to delete (any customer with an asterisk) 83: 84: Tap [[image:buttonminus.png||alt="Minus button" height="15" style="vertical-align: bottom;"]] at the bottom of the screen. 85: 86: Tap "Yes" in the confirmation dialog box. It is not possible to finish a customer contat if there are unfinished orders on the customer sheet. 197: * tap "No" in the confirmation dialog box to return to the visit later. Status of the visit will be set to "Started" and it will still be shown in the Tasklist, user will be taken to Tasklist. 198: This is a good option to use when you are in the middle of a visit and another customer calls in to make an order, for example, thus it is possible to leave the current visit open and choose promptly another one to deal with.
